I first met Sarah, a hypnotherapist and coach, when she attended one of my breathwork classes (yes I’m a breathwork facilitator too!) and we just clicked. So when she asked if I could take some photographs of her to help launch her new website it was a hell yeah from me!
We had a gorgeous one hour portrait shoot in west London at holistic co-working space Mission Works, with a beautiful bright mezzanine filled with plants and cool furniture. You might recognise it from a previous shoot I posted recently with Bex of We Are Soulful.
Sarah discovered hypnotherapy when she was suffering with chronic stress and burnout… it completely transformed her health and life, so she decided she wanted to help others who might be struggling. Those feeling trapped in their life, who’ve lost all energy and joy and have both physical and mental symptoms.
Launching her new website soon, Sarah was after some professional personal branding photos to elevate her business and get across her personality. She was a little bit nervous about the shoot and having her photos taken, but we worked together making it a relaxed and fun morning. I love what we created in such a short space of time and we’re both super happy with Sarah’s brand photos.
