Maria is such a vibe! Our personal branding shoot in Stoke Newington was super fun… weights out, lycra on, music loud! Maria Atlas, a personal trainer based in east London, needed some professional photographs to update her website. This was her first professional shoot and Maria wanted the shots to be light, bright, neutral and minimal.
Once upon a time a solicitor, Maria decided to retrain in something she loved whilst helping other people. She wanted to help alleviate people's physical pain and for them to feel stronger physically but also emotionally.
Maria’s unique PT style is offering training with a side of physio and therapy… I can testify to this. I’ve had several sessions with Maria and I’m hooked. Not only does Maria make training fun - she has great chat - her knowledge of the body is incredible.
We used yoga studio Soma Lab as a base for our one hour soulful shoot, so we could photograph Maria lifting weights, doing stretches and generally looking super cool with her 80’s sporty style.
