A jam packed Soulful Shoot last month with Gong, who offer meditation and sound therapy through the power of the gong both online and in person throughout London.
Founded by Selma Studer who experienced her first gong bath during a yoga retreat in Thailand, before then heading to business school. The power of the instrument captivated her, but it wasn't until she moved to London and began seeking refuge from the stresses of urban professional life that she returned to the sacred sound. And so Gong was born!
This was such a fun day…. it became both a shoot and a social, as Selma brought together nine practitioners many who’d never met in person due to everything being online for the past two years. Such a friendly, joyous and healing crew to be around. I’ve never felt so zen on a shoot before!
Our beautiful warehouse hire in Clapton was perfection with its cool decor and retro furniture. We set up a sound bath to photograph, played with portraits and team shots, before enjoying some Prosecco and sushi!
